Lisi Harrison updated her blah-g this Wednesday with news that she has finished writing "Charmed and Dangerous: The Rise of the Pretty Committee", which is the prequel to The Clique series. She also included an un-edited excerpt from the book! Click here to read it!

Ellen Marlow and Bridgit Mendler's New Roles!

I accidently posted my last update before I was finished, whoops! But anyways, I wanted to tell you guys about exciting news for Ellen Marlow and Bridgit Mendler. Ellen Marlow is appearing on the pilot of "The Forgotten" as a character named Amy Benedict. You can check out the preview for the show below or here, which inculdes a scene with Ellen. I just want to warn you though, the show is about figuring out the names of people who were murdered, so if you get creeped out easily by stuff like that, you might not want to watch it.

Bridgit Mendler will be appearing in the new movie "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel" as a character named Becca. The movie is set to be released on December 25, 2009. Congrats to both Ellen and Bridgit for getting these roles! =)

Bridgit's Blog and Lisi's Blah-g!

Hey! So sorry I didn't update yesterday but, I was busy unpacking from my trip. But, I'm only a day late, which isn't too bad. Haha. Anyways, here is some The Clique news:

Bridgit Mendler has updated her blog about working on Labor Pains, summertime, and how she had to cancel a trip to Africa with her aunt and uncle. Here's a quick quote about what Bridigt has been up to lately:
It’s finally summer! That means trips to the beach with friends, catching up on hobbies there wasn’t time for during the year, and in general just having a great time. So far I’ve had my ups and downs. I’ve had the amazing opportunity of working beside high level actors in my latest film, Labor Pains, and I’ve taken the time to finish Driver’s Ed. Hopefully I’ll have my permit next week!

Ellen's MySpace Music And Leaving For A Little

Hey! I have to tell you guys that I will be away on vacation for the next week so, don't expect any updates until June 23 or 24. I'll be sure to update you guys on The Clique as soon as I get back though! Anyways, here's today's updates.

An anonymous user has sent in a link to Ellen Marlow's MySpace Music page. It is located right here and currently features a song called Movin' On. The song is really good so I suggest you go check it out =)

Ellen Marlow Site Updates and YouTube Videos!

Hey everyone! Ellen Marlow has updated her website! On her site, Ellen has posted links to a Clique article, her page on IBDB, a trailer of Quid Pro Quo, and a few more links. You can check out the Quid Pro Quo trailer right here or below. (But, beware because the trailer is pretty creepy as the movie it is for is rated R.)

Also, on the Biography page a description of Ellen's role in The Clique has been added. Here is what is written:
Ellen Taylor Marlow plays the leading role of Claire Lyons in the upcoming Warner Premiere movie The Clique based on the New York Time's best selling book by Lisi Harrison to be released in late Fall of 2008.

When I was on YouTube lately I found some really cool videos made by O15theClique. In the videos, scenes from The Clique books are acted out by a group of girls from Peru. The videos are very cool so check out their channel here or watch their first video that I've posted below =)

Abby and Kelsey have sent in two photos of Ellen from when she was in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on Broadway. One is at a red carpet event and the other was taken with a fan and found on Photobucket. Anyways, here are the photos:

Also, maclargen has sent in another video from the choir show Ellen was in. This song is "Under The Sea" and is performed by a choir. Ellen has no solos in it but, you can see her in parts of the video. She is in the third group from the left. =) Check it out here or below:

Articles on Elizabeth, New Pictures, and A Release Date!

Kelsey has sent in an article from ZoomInfo on Elizabeth McLaughlin! It is a short interview with Elizabeth when was just 10 years old about her performing with Entertainment Revenue. Also sent in by Kelsey is a news release from Kay Studios. In this document, there is some information about the Clique and a few photos. Here a few quotes about news on the Clique movie!:

Blah-g Update, On Set Pictures, And Another Ellen Video!

Lisi Harrison has written her blah-g update about seeing The Clique movie! She made a list of nine details about the movie. =D The movie sounds really great and I can wait to see it! Here's a quote from Lisi about the movie:
The story stays really true to the book. There are a few things they made up for the movie (Shelby Wexler’s party, Massie has an indoor swimming pool, and a giant birthday cake with Massie inside…) but they’re funny so I didn’t mind a bit.

Lisi Harrison has made an early blah-g update yesterday! She wrote that she would be going to LA today to see a screening of The Clique movie. The blah-g will be updated late tonight or early tomorrow morning with "the full lowdown" on the screening =D Thanks to Kelsey, TamZ, Jillian and Sophia.

Mrs. Marvil Cast and "Taylor The Latte Boy"!

Hey! As you might have noticed, IMDB has added another actor to The Clique. Merri-Lee Marvil, Dylan's mother, will be played by Lisa Masters. Masters has been on the TV shows Hope and Faith, Law and Order and played Carol Wainwright in The Stepford Wives. I think she will be great as Mrs. Marvil because of all her experience and I can't wait to see her in the movie! Thanks to Laurenn, nlmx8, Sam and Sara for sending this in!

A gigantic thank you to Abby, Kayla, and Layla for sending in new pictures of the Clique! Apparently, they found all these photos just by searching "the clique" on Photobucket. I'm not going to post all of them-that would take up way too much space. So, since this blog is about the Clique, I am just posting the ones that are clearly from the Clique set or have two or more "Clique people" in it.
